Zero complaints for Impressario!

Not one complaint on AskGamblers. Not one complaint on LCB. Not one complaint on Casino Guru.

 

Not a single complaint in English, not a single complaint in German, not a single complaint in Spanish, Bulgarian, Armenian or Japanese. 

 

文句なし.

 

So, how do we have a clean sheet, after almost one year of operations? (Impressario celebrates its first year anniversary on 08/08/2025). What is the secret formula? Can we make a TikTok video for other casinos to follow? Will we jinx our record with this blog entry? So many questions, and so little time to spend on this blog, instead of playing your beloved slots and table games.

 

But, bear with us, this is important. Let us tell you our story, briefly, with 3 facts.

 

Fact #01. Impressario may be a spring chicken, but the people behind the brand aren’t. Okay, we are not boomers, we will not tell you stories about how great the Beatles were live, but we are not Alphas either. And many of us were players, and some still are (and this is why you get features like “Launched Today” and countless offers of Free Spins). So, we do maintain a player mentality.

 

Fact #02. Sadly, there is a proliferation of online casinos, especially in recent years, where, to put it politely, players are not always in the limelight. Or, to put it bluntly, they are treated like trash. It pains us to say this, and it could even be considered a faux pas to find shortcomings in one’s own industry, but, frankly speaking, we don’t care.  Players should be heard and respected. Period.

 

Fact #03. We always err on the side of players. There have been disputes, where we could have let the letter of the law, the Terms & Conditions, speak for us, but we chose to speak from principle. Because we think that doing what is right will always matter more than being technically right.

 

So, these facts, more or less, justify our Zero Complaints record. Of course, things can change fast. When there are hundreds of thousands of players (a big “thanks” to all of you who have embraced us!), a complaint or two might pop up, even as we write these words. 

 

But even if complaints do appear, we will solve them amicably, efficiently, and quickly. Call this a promise and a pledge!
