I am a high-rolling VIP at Impressario Casino. On Monday, I lost €1200. Does You Play. We Refill™ mean that on Tuesday morning, you will top my account up with a surprise cash refund?
Exactly – a surprise cash refund, that can reach 10%, and often more. And the best thing is that you don’t even have to ask. You will wake up and find the cash, wager-free, in your account.

Why isn’t the Surprise Cash Refund a standard percentage of my losses?
Well, it wouldn’t be a real surprise then, would it? This special cashback is calculated by real humans, who consider many factors for it, like loyalty (i.e., playing daily), seniority of player (the longer with us, the more the reward), recent activity (frequency and size of deposits), and overall relationship with the casino (VIP status, engagement in promotions, etc). We could assign all this to AI, but we won’t. This is a cashback given from a human to a human. And, this is why, it is such a satisfying morning surprise!

Asterisk: Having said the above, the FIRST You Play. We Refill™ you will ever receive, after reaching the €1000 threshold, does have a standard calculation of 10%. See below.

If I have deposited €980 so far, never withdrawn, and then lose another €50, I just passed the €1000 threshold. What will my cashback amount be?
Since this is your first time reaching the €1000 threshold, the rule is that your first cashback will be based on your total net losses up to that point. Calculation: 10% × €1030 = €103. So, you will receive €103 cashback. That’s the generosity of Impressario!

If I have already deposited, let’s say, €1100, but have withdrawn €500, am I entitled to the Cashback?
Not yet. Here is why: to qualify, your net balance (total deposits minus total withdrawals minus bonuses) must show a loss of at least €1000 at the time of calculation. In your example, your net loss is €600, which is below the €1000 threshold.

Why is the Program not available to players who have made a withdrawal within the last 3 days?
Good question. The You Play. We Refill™ program is designed to support players who are currently on a losing streak. The 3-day waiting period ensures that cashback remains a genuine loss-relief benefit. It also helps maintain fairness, while preventing potential bonus abuse or circular withdrawals and redeposits.

Why is The You Play. We Refill™ program not available on Fridays?
The You Play. We Refill™ program is not available on Fridays to keep cashback processes clean and clearly separated. On Fridays, our systems handle the standard cashback program, which has different terms and wagering requirements. To avoid any overlap or confusion between the two types of cashback, we pause You Play. We Refill™ for that day. This ensures that funds are not mixed, calculations remain accurate, and both programs operate independently and transparently. 

So, if I lose on Thursday, will I get a Cashback on Saturday?
Exactly. Since the You Play. We Refill™ program is paused on Fridays, losses from Thursday are included in Saturday’s cashback calculation. Exception: If you win and make a withdrawal on Friday, your account becomes temporarily ineligible for cashback for 72 hours.

If I lost €1,000 on Monday morning but later that same day won and withdrew €500, will I still qualify for cashback on the remaining portion of my Monday morning loss?
No. Once you make a withdrawal, any previous cashback eligibility is reset. After the 3-day period has passed, you’ll need to record new net losses (after your eligibility is restored) for the You Play. We Refill™ program to restart and calculate cashback again.

Today, I got a You Play. We Refill™ cashback of €330. Thanks! What is the maximum withdrawable amount from this amount?
Based on Impressario Casino’s Bonus Terms & Conditions 2.4.4., the maximum withdrawable amount for cash bonuses of this nature is 5x the bonus given. Therefore, for €330, you will get a €1650 max withdrawal. 

Not bad! Could I get more?
Yes! If you are a Super High Roller, you could either receive more than 10% cashback from the start, or have the bonus limit lifted entirely. Both options are at Impressario’s sole discretion.

I woke up, hungry for my cashback. When will I have it?
Your cashback will be credited, no later than 10:00 UTC (11:00 CET, 06:00 Eastern Canada, 21:00 Eastern Australia, 23:00 New Zealand). Since Impressario players come from all around the world, ‘morning’ may look a little different depending on where you are.
