•    The You Play. We Refill™ program is valid for Impressario players who have deposited more than EUR 1000, USD 1000, CAD 1500, AUD 1500, NZD 1500, or ZAR 20000.
•    The program applies only if the player’s net balance (total deposits minus total bonuses, minus withdrawals) shows a loss of at least EUR 1000 or equivalent at the time of calculation.
•    The first You Play. We Refill™ cashback granted to a player after reaching total deposits of at least EUR 1000 (or equivalent) and a net loss balance of at least EUR 1000, corresponds to at least 10% of the player’s total net losses up to that point. Example: If a player’s loss balance is EUR 980, and they deposit and lose EUR 50 (reaching a total loss of EUR 1030), their first You Play. We Refill™ cashback will be at least EUR 103 (10% of EUR 1030).
•    The cashback amount is calculated daily, based on the previous day’s net losses.
•    The cashback credited can reach 10% of the player’s losses or higher percentages, depending on the player’s VIP level or at the casino’s discretion, when deemed appropriate.
•    Cashback is credited the following morning, in real cash, without any wagering requirements, no later than 10:00 UTC.
•    Maximum withdrawable amount from You Play. We Refill™ is 5x the amount of bonus given. For Super VIP players, this limit may be lifted at the casino’s discretion.
•    The You Play. We Refill™ program is not available to players who have made a withdrawal within the last 3 days. A minimum of 72 hours must pass from the time of the last withdrawal for eligibility to be restored. Once eligibility is restored, the player must record a new loss for the cashback calculation system to restart and become active again.
•    The You Play. We Refill™ program is not available on Fridays; cashback calculations and credits are paused and resume on Saturday.
